At Goddess Amour, we believe every crown deserves luxury. To ensure a smooth and empowering shopping experience, please review our policy below regarding payments, layby arrangements, and purchasing procedures.
💳 Payments
- Accepted Methods: We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), bank deposits, and secure card payments via our online platform.
- Payment Confirmation: Orders are only processed once full payment has been received and confirmed.
- Proof of Payment: Please email or WhatsApp your proof of payment with your full name and order reference to avoid delays.
- Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits made toward custom orders or layby plans are non-refundable.
- Custom Orders: Custom wigs or bundles may require additional time (8–16 business days). You’ll be notified of expected delivery dates.
- Shipping: We offer delivery via trusted couriers. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.
- Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon delivery.
🛍️ Layby Policy
We offer a flexible layby option to help you secure your dream hair:
- Minimum Deposit: 50% of the total order value is required to initiate a layby.
- Payment Period: Customers have up to 3 months to complete payment. Extensions may be granted upon request, subject to approval.
- Installments: Payments can be made weekly or bi-weekly. Please use your name and layby reference when making payments.
- Cancellation: If the layby is cancelled or not completed within the agreed timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Collection/Delivery: Hair will only be released once the full amount has been paid.
📦 Purchasing & Order Fulfillment
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 7–14 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom Orders: Custom wigs or bundles may require additional time (8–16 business days). You’ll be notified of expected delivery dates.
